Classic Hip Hop Vids Vol.1 - Kanye, KRS-1, Rakim & Nas

Posted about 1 year ago
Early last year, Nike brought together Kanye West, KRS-1, Rakim & Nas together to celebrate the 25th anniversary. Although a billion dollar corporation had a hand in the process, the end result was pure hip hop. You had KRS and Rakim representing 80s rap, Nas holding the 90s down, and Kanye showcasing for today's generation. Everyone ripped the track, the only thing missing was someone to represent for the west coast.
The video was just as good as the song, despite being low budget as hell. The entire clip consisted of alternating snippets of the artists recording and some graff work outside. For reasons I do not know, this song never really caught on with the masses. So of course I had to make it the first vid in my series of classic videos.....
