On this edition of "when keepin it real goes wrong...." According to official state documents, Fat Joe owes close to 150 thousand to Uncle Sam in back taxes. This nugget of news is even funnier when you look at Joe's actions in the last year.
Joe was the original architect behind the "Make It Rain" phenomenon, which urged big ballers to throw stacks of money in the air. Fat Joe was also quoted on BET's rap city bragging about his finances just a few weeks ago. "Since I've been beefing with 50 Cent I've become so much richer in my life, so much more millions and keep dropping hit records."
It's entirely possible that maybe Joe just forgot to pay the taxes, and isn't actually in financial trouble. But if you aren't on top of your business maybe you should quiet down with the bragging.
