Master P Building Youth Centers In Major U.S. Cities

Hip-Hop mogul Percy "Master P" Miller is following through with his campaign to make a change, he plans to expand his youth center program by opening more facilities around the nation. The P. Miller youth buildings provide gymnasiums and libraries for people living in impoverished areas. Will Farrell might be inclined to call them "The Master P Center For Kids Who Can't Read Good". New Orleans, Chicago, Detroit and Los Angeles are among the first that will be opened.

“Our goal is take kids off the streets, provide education, financial literacy, and hope for a real future," Master P said of the centers. "We want our kids to pick up a book or a ball and put down the guns. It is time to save our kids… let’s give them a better vision."
Master P and his son Romeo also released Hip Hop History earlier this year, which was the first father/son rap album. The disc also did not include any profanity or negative lyrics in hopes to spark a trend in rap music. P was also in attendance at the congressional hearings on hip hop lyrics last week in Washington.
