If you said Beanie Sigel has been laying low since his last album The B. Coming in 2005, you'll only be half right. Sure, he hasn't really released much music, but he has also been acquitted of attempted murder, jailed for failing to make child support payments, convicted of assault, and shot twice in the arm during a robbery attempt. Not exactly anyones definition of laying low, but in any case he's back on the music scene. The Solution will be the title of his new album, which is slated for release this winter.

One tidbit that might raise a few eyebrows is the fact that R. Kelly will be appearing on the lead single to the The Solution called "All Of The Above". Beanie is close friends with Jay-Z, who R. Kelly is currently suing for a zillion dollars after being kicked off tour a few years ago.
"I ain't even know if he was gonna do it," Beans explained. "I told him I got this record — 'cause you know the situation with Jay and him. ... I was like, 'If dude gets on this record, it'll be crazy.' So I sent it out to him, got the response he was gonna do it. [Kelly] knocked it out, he sent it back in like three days. It's crazy. 'All of the Above' [means] everything. Anything that people try to portray [us as], we all of the above."
Other guests who Beanie is hoping to secure for guests spots include Jay-Z, Eminem, Kid Rock, and Lil Wayne. Rapper Scarface and R&B crooner Raheem Devaughn have already contributed vocals.
