The New World: Definitions of Change

Posted 10 months ago

While I am adjusting to the "new world" that has been brought to us by the change of presidential seats, other people are too. My idea of embracing the new world of change involves getting ready for a working environment of people. It's a game of survival to me. I've always been in relatively good shape ( for a smoker) and I try to pay attention to the climate so that I'm not too surprised by the weather shifts. And I keep my Water, food, exercise routine. The staple of living to most. There are psychiatrists who would tell you that if those three things were a part of your daily routine, pyschiatry would start to plummet like the stock market. And it shouldn't be a big deal if it's just a routine. Plus staying in shape allows me to run around like a wild monkey maniac on stage with the Uptones, while delivering the good ska to the masses! So...while I'm thinking this way about change, other people are thinking about change in completely different ways. There is this guy at Virginia Tech who has designed a car that drives itself. Great, huh? Now you can just sit there and not do a thing. The car will drive you around. Like you're a celeb or someting. I know a few people who would LOVE that. I'm kind of split on decision here: On one hand, it means safer road conditions. Especially if you like to drink alot. On the other hand, it's just one more way for people to sit there and get big and fat and lazy and stinking drunk and fornicate and whatever else you wanna do in a moving car.

Well, change is happening at least.
