MUSIC SIGNPOSTS ON THE WEB'S LONELY ROAD

I so love a good movie.

I just watched Thumbsucker - it's a fantastic movie and has an amazing score from Polyphonic Spree and Elliott Smith. I liked the soundtrack so much I bought the whole album from iTunes. I love a truly cinematic movie, and a good score is an absolute requirement. The movies are completely different in tone and content, but this movie felt a lot like Wes Anderson's Rushmore in it's sheer power.

This is a most incredible movie, just loved it. All the performances were amazing & it just so captured what a dysfunctional family is really like. A very quirky movie, yet extremely moving & emotional. Good pick & the music's great too!
