I'm more than happy to say that Interpol, one of my favorite bands of this decade, are back and just as strong as ever, with some spring in their step and a shiny new Jazzmaster for lead singer Paul Banks. Case and Point? The brand new single, "The Heinrich Maneuver." It recalls tracks like "Slow Hands" and "C'mere," though there's something of a departure here. The guitars are much more punchy
