  6. ivylander says Weirdly enough, back in the day I saw both these bands live in the same summer, at the same outdoor venue near the West Side Highway in Manhattan. Aztec Camera was opening for Elvis Costello, if I remember correctly, and thought they were appallingly mixed, Roddy Frame was charismatic enough to almost pull off the set. God, what great songs they had. Haircut 100? Strictly a studio proposition.
