bryce is a good dude, humble and hardworking... multi talented multi-intrumentalist and writer......just saw him perform last night at highline. lots of taldent and a real musician yet showman..... fun set..... walls is perfect for a film or tv show sync......

Ray LaMontagne just sounds so frickin good.... vocals soulful and in tune, great songwriting and choices, lyrics, musically deep . . . all in the right balance. . . . today he sounds amazing (again)

Tom Waits album I'd have to pick this . . more to do with how it influenced me and how seminal t was to my impressionable musical brain... the band is just slaying on this.... pete christlieb is totally underated in sax . . . groove matters and this album has it deep all around in the right balance

it is going to be tough for alicia to follow melanie fiona on this upcoming tour. . those that know me know I don't usually post about the pop stuff BUT melanie now, that girl can really REALLY sing. the album is very girl group poppy - too much for my taste but I am psyched to hear her vocal chops and I am impressed. looking forward to catching her live and seeing how she evolves . . . sounds li
