Here's the sixth great live track from The Who album, “View From A Backstage Pass." We're featuring one every weekday.
The folks who run The Who’s fan club have this great two-cd set of live recordings. Disc one is all from ’69, ’70 and ’71 including tracks recorded at The Grande Ballroom in Detroit and the Civic Auditorium in San Francisco. Disc two was recorded at a variety of venues in ’73, ’74 and ’76.
I'm gonna be streaming songs from the album over the next month. To get the CD and other cool stuff, you need to join the fan club which you can do here: http://www.thewho.com/service.php?module=subscribe&fcsc=EML0329
Check out The Who's website: http://www.thewho.com
Give a listen to "Behind Blue Eyes," recorded at the Civic Auditorium, San Francisco, December 13, 1971.

My Trusted MOGs
This is excellent - sound quaility seems improved from some of the other cuts. Who is it (pun intended) who's got a cover getting lots of airplay recently? My kids don't like it 'cause I end up singing along when it comes on, which means it must be crap in their book. Thanks, loving this series of post - just wish the disc was available at a more reasonable price.
