Stream American Music Club's "Rise"

American Music Club are one of the great San Francisco bands. They were indie before anyone really used that term. This track, "Rise," is very powerful, and is off Everclear.

  1. Kinoshawk says Agreed. __Everclear__ was one of the best albums of 1991. All of the songs are top notch. I recommend "Ex-Girlfriend, Why Won't You Stay," and "Crabwalk (in all of its fun glory)," Another beautiful song to check out is "Firefly" off of __California__.

  2. ZADKIEL says This track sounds way more grungy than than anything off the other two albums I own of theirs. Will have to invest in a copy... I've got Mercury and Love songs for Patriots so far. Mercury is a genius piece of work! I Love... Gratitude Walks, If I Had A Hammer, I've Been A Mess Since You've Been Gone, The Pedal Steel guitars and Eastern guitar riffs add a very spacey dimension to the sound. Mark Eitzel does sadness better than most!
