  1. armuller says It is good to see Willy Mason getting some recognition. I have been a fan of Willy Mason, since I saw him open for Jenny Lewis over a year ago. The second time I saw him was during his tour with Beth Orton. This Sunday, I will be seeing him again. This time with Sondre Lerche and Thomas Dybdahl.

  2. Lizziegreeneyes says First time I saw him he was sick as a dog - really bad head/chest thing going on - he was opening for Evan Dando and wasn't supposed to have a long set ... but Evan went from lost to lost-er and Willy - he just kept playing ... if he hadn't been coughing in between - I never would have guessed he was so in a sickly way !!! His song Oxygen - whewwwww ... can't wait to get my hands on the latest from him ... Evan did finally show up - and he was also fantastic (love the guy really) ... but Willy cast a spell on me that night - a pleasantly unexpected one - and aren't those the best kind ?!?!
