The whole album is really great. I've been enjoying it immensely since Erykah is my girl! But yea so many of the sounds on the album have been majorly influenced by '70/80s soul & r&b which Erykah readily admits to being an influence. I'm sure you've probably seen this but her vid to the song "Honey" pays tribute to alot of '70/80s artists in recreating classic album covers, check it out:

i like this. i wasn't a fan of her last album, but this pretty chill.
