Whew! I haven't been here in such a long time. Life just happens, I guess...This post is of a local band where I live. More on the folksy side of music than I normally listen to but they've really grown on me lately. Privett, the lead singer has this ability to cut through to the soul of the words he is singing.

I have only recently started listening to The Black Keys. Every single time that I hear this band, I just close my eyes and I can FEEL this music throughout my entire body. It is impossible to stop myself from moving in some way. Be it a slight foot tapping or a more extreme form of movement. I am transfixed.

Moxy, one of those great words. One definition that I have have come across is, having what hollywood describes as "it".
