Mail-man stopped by today and handed me a brown envelope from the US. Enclosed was a mixtape by the mog-infamous Rawkiddo. Not that I hadn't expected this. I had been waiting impatiently since I kicked ass answering his question on The Cure. The answer would be rewarded with a mixtape made by the man himself. The mixtape came today....as I've already mentioned. Man.....Kevin had made a great cover.......handmade. I looked at the tracklist. Only knew a few of the artists. The rest was new territory for me. I was looking forward to this. To tell you the truth. I love mixtapes but I only make them....never receive them. I am not surrounded by people who care for music the way I do. Well some do.......but the bastards never sent me mixtapes (BASTARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!). I know the thrill of putting it together. The careful selection and the dissapointment when all the songs won't fit on a single CD. The mixtape I got today is perfect. So many great songs. My son even danced to the Belle and Sebastian song. I am happy.Mog is the greatest place. I love it and am thankful for people writing, listening, commenting, arguing and posting. I fit here.........and although the CD I got was a price I was really touched by it 'cause the all the 22 songs on this CD had "love of music" written all over them.Rawkiddo......you're a good man. Not only do you give your wife a massage every night.....you also make great mixtapes.I'll let you go by posting one of the songs from the CD. Chris Mills - The Escape From New York. -Henry
