I got home!! 'Twas great to see everyone.

My day long still life drawing session today was a bit of a blur, like my drawings.

Can't wait to hear the full story...judging by the spelling in Anna's texts it was a drunken time. And I did hear about some bunny ears...

There were bats, giraffe, and bunny ears also. I'm glad to hear that everyone (hopefully every single one of us) made it home safely.

I've just realised what a poor tourist guide I was. We were in walking distance of the site of the Ziggy Stardust cover photo! And the Tin Pan Alley bar we ended up in was right next door to Rod Argent's guitar shop. (Rod had the band that did the original God Gave Rock and Roll to You.)

Hey, I saw those guitars next door to Bar 12! Anyway, thanks for your fun company! My long trip back home began with a hangover, which luckily subsided fairly soon.

I think the proper group pics were taken with Lizzie's camera.

I got a few good shots of the group.... still lagged & being ENORMOUSLY hung over didn't help me !!! But the time I got to spend with you all - it really was a most wonderful evening !!!

I realised pretty quickly after posting that actually it was Andy's Guitar Shop next door. Rod Argent's Keyboard shop was, I think, across the road. Maybe number 20. However, a couple of googles make me think he might have moved on. Seems to be only online now.
Where is the Rock Shrine list? Would like to take a look.
The A&R bar at the Foyles end of Denmark Street might qualify as a borderline entry. (Still there, but I leave you to do the research.) Was an afternoon crim drinker where people like The Who used to hang out before going on to the Speakeasy in the evening.
