Up there with Living on the Frontline (below: always worth another listen) for cymbolic excellence.

Great tune. I couldn't get the red button to work though, so I couldn't hear brother Stevie

That's a hi-hat for sure, slightly open... but what's crazy about it ... accented and slurred quarter note triplets with quarter note triplets... crazy because it's so out front maybe ... sounds like it's being slammed with brushes...
My Trusted MOGs
I knew if I came back the gods of MOG would have straightened things out.
(the red button works now is my meanin')
Great tune. Hi hats!

What I like about both of them is that the hi-hat doesn't really belong but totally works and adds an interesting edge.

I think I know what you mean. I like that they're assertive without bein' intrusive. Does that make sense?
My Trusted MOGs
Yeah. You don't notice them until you notice them.
My Trusted MOGs
Fer sure. And noticing them one is struck by the incongruity. They're outta place but it works so well.
