The best band in Denver. That's pretty much all you need to know. I will explain a little bit in case you don't believe me.

The lead singer has a voice that sends chills through my spine, they play a vast selection of instruments including the sousaphone, a theremin, the trumpet, violin, accordian, etc. They have acrobats at their live shows, and their music is just phenomenal. That's all I can say. You kinda have to listen for yourself

If you've seen Little Miss Sunshine you've already been introduced to Devotchka without realizing it...They helped compose the entire score.

Well. I'm new to this whole thing. I just thought I'd let you all know about a guy I discovered on the 4th of July opening for Blues Traveler. I'm not much of a Blues Traveler fan, but I got these tickets for free...

Anyway, We got there kinda early and there was just this guy shirtless with a laptop playin music and jumping around. I didn't really know what to think. "Who is this guy? What's his deal?" Anyway. I listened on and realized he was doing mash-ups with his laptop. Now, I dont know much about mash-ups but I know what I like. As I listened I found myself liking him more and more, then at the end of his set he took Biggie and put it with Tiny Dancer! What the fuck? Awesome! I was sad because he had apparently been doin his thing for and hour before we got there and I only got to see 30 minutes, but man was it cool. Check it out.
