This is the consumate Social D. live album. This is one of the few bands out there that sound better live than recorded in studio and Live at the Roxy is proof of that. I had the oppurtunity to follow them on tour some years back and probably saw 15-20 shows. This album captures the same raw intensity that I heard at those shows. Mike Ness is unbelievable on Live. I really think he gets better with age. If you have ever seen Social Distortion live, than this album is a MUST HAVE! It will take you right back to the show you were at. If you have never seen S.D. live than this album is still a MUST HAVE so you can hear....no, feel the raw intensity thst they bring live. Bottom line-Buy the album.
