WE DO THE MASHED POTATO AND THE FUNKY CHICKEN

Kyle Gass Is A Legend

Posted over 2 years ago
So on my date the other night we did the whole dinner/movie thing and picked 'Wild Hogs' because it looked pretty terrible, anyway I wasn't expecting this movie to remove my full attention away from the boy... until Kyle Gass came on (you can see him in the blooper reel here). What a champion!

  4. Marta says Cam: They were only cameo appearances but they made the whole movie. I hope you were joking about not knowing the other actors (it was apparently an "all-star cast")... Blair: I'll check them out for sure

  22. Marta says You are so right there Mike! But John C. McGinley's (Scrubs) cameo is great too...

  23. Mike the Knife says Damn, Marta. The film was so weak that I almost forgot the talented Mr. McGinley. Oversight corrected.

  24. Marta says It' doesn't say much about the film as a whole when the stars in cameo roles outshine the major players...

  25. Mike the Knife says If you asked me to cast my nightmare "comedy," it would costar Tim Allen and Martin Lawrence. The only Tim Allen film I genuinely like is the wonderfully written, directed and (mostly) cast "Galaxy Quest," wherein he plays...an asshole. (Perfect, no?) He also gets a mulligan for his pompous Buzz Lightyear voiceovers (perfect again) in the "Toy Story" films, which he couldn't screw up if he tried. But anything else? Ecch. And Lawrence has ALWAYS been an annoying, unfunny waste of time and footage. Travolta? Scientologist. 'Nuff said. (OK. Sorry. Freedom of religion and all that. Bottom line: Like his church brother Tom Cruise, Travolta is talented, but he cannot salvage or elevate a mediocre script.)
