Spoon was already in any sort of top ten I could come up with this year unless some sort of miracle happens. Although tonight, it just about locked a top 5 spot. That is two awesome records of the year....Feist's The Reminder and Spoon, Ga x 5. I would really be pressed to pick one or the other at this point. I raise my glass to the rest of the year. Heres to you - The Go! Team, Stars, Pinback, Broken Social Scene, and Interpol (I need to give some more spins to really crown a lock for 5 or better this early in the year)...although it is a little shaky at this point.I have posted the song The Ghost of You Lingers. If you can find a way to like this song.....you will have unlocked the key to open up the rest of the record.
