I received an email from ESL Music yesterday announcing the official release of "Cinescope", Thunderball's new album. While I already own the advance CD, I was looking to buy the double LP (yeah, I'm a huge fan). I added that and the "Warning Shots" single by Thievery in my cart & made the purchase.I received another email informing me that there is no double LP version of "Cinescope" at this time, and that I would receive a refund for that portion of my order. Turns out the webmaster erred when updating their site.While I was disappointed to read that update, I was tempered by the fact that Thunderball will release 12" singles later this fall. Too bad ESL can't just hold my money until then.

    supertopsecret says Hey friend. Too bad about the site error. Thunderball did wonders to my ears with Scorpio Rising. Oh, and, whenever I think about thunderball i can't help but flash back to the great 80's cartoon, THUNDERCATS!!! How great was that show man!! -secret

    Marco1019 says While I don't equate Thunderball with Thunderball, I completely agree that Thundercats was awesome! I once heard recording bloopers from the cast, and they were so funny that I was in tears.
