I should have updated this page when this album came out, but I spaced it. A great album, by an incredible artist. Everyone covers Escoveda. He's been called the latin springsteen for a while, but I dont see it.

An SF punk rock musician who has moved around the country and has gone from punk to alt country to all sorts of shit. Its hard to label him, which I think is an indication of how talented he is. But check it for yourself. This version is not from the "Real Animal." Its from the live EP he put out which contains most of Real Animal. Pretty sure he is touring thru Austin next week.
