Sometimes I binge on a particular artist, and when I eventually move on, I think to myself that I may never listen to them again. This happened with Zeppelin, with The Beatles, with the White Stripes, and Wilco.Recently, however, I've been getting kind of bored with my music collection. It's the classic problem, 431 albums and nothing's on. I'm not sure what kind of music I'm in the mood for, but it's nothing I have. I almost latched on to the "found sounds" style of The Avalanches, but I can't seem to find much else that's similar to them (help?).What this all means is that I've been going back to all those old favorites. I've been listening to Wilco almost non-stop, and I basically fell in love with this song.Two hundred words in and I realize this post has no purpose. The purpose is, I want to get involved in this site and have all of you wonderful people out there give me some recommendations! I'm looking for something new and exciting. I want the feeling I got the first time I listened to TV On The Radio. I want to think, "This might be the best album I've ever heard," even if that feeling only lasts for a week.Help me Moggers! You're my only hope!
