Scott Weiland Reuniting With STP?

Scott Weiland's Velvet Revolver axeman, Slash has spilled the beans on some interesting information about the frequent rehabing frontman. "Slash told Billboard.com":http://www.billboard.com/bbcom/news/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1003702045 that Weiland will regroup with Stone Temple Pilots and play some shows this summer with the band he left in 2002, after releasing the album Shangri-La Dee Da.     funoka says STP was at least a real band -- it seem like VR was always just a way to get some cashola for these guys -- a latter day Firm or Damn Yankees. Good for Scott, I say.

    James12 says i've been waiting for this for quite some time, even though I was a little late in discovering STP, I love their sound, and this should totally be done....I read about this somewhere else though, I forget, anyway, good post, very informative, you even posted sources, most of us forget that.
