
Incarcerated rapper Foxy Brown isn't getting out of Rikers Island jail anytime soon. She was further sentenced to 76 days of punitive segregation, a type of solitary confinement where one can spend up to 23 hours a day alone.The restriction comes after an altercation between Brown and a fellow inmate. Neither was injured. The fellow inmate received 11 days in punitive segregation for the scuffle.But Brown,whose real name is Inga Marchand, didn't stop there. After the fight she was abusive toward correction guards and then refused to take a random drug test.Brown is serving a year sentence for a probation violation from an altercation with a manicurist at a Manhattan nail salon.While in jail Brown also missed a court date in Brooklyn on October 12th. This case follows an incident where she threw a cell phone at a neighbor who had complained about the volume of her car radio. Brown was arraigned for assault and pleaded not guilty to charges of attempted assault, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon(the cell phone.)
