Fred who? Durst,the frontman for Limp Bizkit, which we are pretty sure is now defunct.Seems Fred Durst got into some trouble and was served with seven misdemeanor charges, including: two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, three counts of battery, one count of making a criminal threat and one charge of reckless driving on the highway.The charges stem from an October 26th, 2006 incident where Durst hit two victims with his car. The former rocker avoided jail time by pleading no contest to the seven misdemeanor counts. Instead of spending 120 days in jail, Durst has 36 months to complete 20 hours of community service with Hollywood Beautification Team, a local community cleanup program.
Durst has to pay around $1,500 in fines and cannot not use of own “dangerous or deadly weapons” or “threaten[ing] the use of force or violence against any person.” In this case, his car.Guy's got some "anger management" issues, ironic considering he once did a tour under that same name.
