Backstreet's Back, Oh Yeah!

The Backstreet Boys have a new single out that is sure to send people screaming - 12 year-olds for joy and the rest of us in agony. “Inconsolable” will make it to radio August 27th. The track was produced by the same dude who produced Nick Lachey “What’s Left Of Me”, Katherine McPhee “Ordinary World.” It does not feature founding member Kevin Richardson who left the band to pursue other interests, like preaching. The boy band's four remaining members, Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell and AJ McLean proceeded to record the follow-up to 2005's platinum (gasp!) album Never Gone. The new one is due in October. The Backstreet Boys, according to a press release, "have no intention of replacing Kevin, preferring to leave the door open for his return."And get this...to this day the group's 5 studio albums have sold over 75 million copies worldwide.
