Perez Hilton Could Face Child Porn Charges for Miley Cyrus Photos

Gossip blogger Perez Hilton is under serious scrutiny right now for posting upskirt photos of 17-year-old singer/actress Miley Cyrus on his Twitter feed. Cyrus was wearing a short dress and getting out of a car, supposedly fully exposing herself. Hilton warned his Twitter followers, accompanying the photo with: "If you are easily offended, do NOT click here. Oh, Miley! Warning: truly not for the easily offended!"
Police can view this as a child pornography case and hit Perez with a sex offender title, but for now it is unclear what charges Hilton will face.
In the meantime, Hilton has suited up in his faux fur coat and posted an official video statement in which he says she was clearly wearing underwear. Head over to his blog and watch it.
