Pete Wentz Says Fall Out Boy "Not Completely Done"

Posted about 2 years ago

After Patrick Stump told SPIN.com that Fall Out Boy was pretty much over as an active band, it seemed as if their demise was a done deal.

Not so fast, says Pete Wentz.

"We just haven't had the time to say anything. All I have been able to do is say, 'Man, I miss doing Fall Out Boy,' and I got to a better place hanging out with my son," the bassist said of his infant son Bronx.

"Now I'm OK if Fall Out Boy comes back or doesn't come back. Like, if it's fun for everyone to do again, we're going to do it ... I just want it to be authentic when we come back," said Wentz.

What it really sounds like is the group members need to get together and have a conversation. Relaying conflicting messages back and forth through the media accomplishes nothing.
