Well my two days of live Tool are over and I'm going through a bit of withdrawal at the moment. Two fantastic shows and a couple dreams come true by getting to hear Pushit in Richmond on Thursday and Flood in Baltimore on Friday. Your Maynardism for the week; "Virginia hang like sleeve of wizard". Maynard seemed to be a little more active and his voice was a little stronger at the Baltimore show (gave a few nice yells during Rosetta Stoned). He also dedicated a couple songs to Paris Hilton in Baltimore, including, of course, Stinkfist. Maynard thanked the fans both nights for not flashing "silly cameras" in their faces since it takes a lot of concentration to go to a dark place to pull off their songs...or something like that. The crowds were very appreciative both nights and the band seemed to see that. The Baltimore audience was a lot more into it and there were several injuries and fights as compared to Richmond where security broke up and semblance of a mosh pit. Once again, Tool was worth every penny and I can't wait till July 16th for the Reading, PA show.
