On Saturday, October 13th 2007, It marked a listening sound for all the Bay Area folks who respected Female DJ's, along with long time artist, MYSITC - who performed and opened the club with new songs for her audience's listening pleasure. Mystic, originally from Oakland, decided to make an appearance, after being absent in the scene for about 5-8 years. We knew she was around, yet to hear her actual voice, now that was a different kind of vibe.Founded by the RZA, of WU-TANG Clan, she performed new songs from her cd and had the crowd feeling her ghettoe tactics and dancing to her beats. Females were surrounding her presence and Mystic, being as humble as she was smiled in radiance and watched the crowd enjoy her new songs.While she was up there, hands were up in the air for her swaying back and forth - the audience yelling, I LOVE YOU MYSTIC! and her eyes straight to the audience, with her mouth movements speaking I LOVE YOU TOO, in short breathes as she would rap along with her beat.Doing 4 -5 songs, and ending with her old song, "you gotta sex....you gotta have money" folks got hype and sung the lyrics to her old school joints.Mystic may have been absent for a while in the scene, but her voice, her songs still live strong in the bay area -- and that my friends is how it's done.welcome back Mystic.
