Another Flipping Bon Jovi Album?

Posted almost 5 years ago
So this month (June 19th) Bon Jovi and his band will be releasing their 10th album (Not including live albums or compilations). This raises two questions in my head: a) IS THIS GUY EVER GOING TO GIVE UP and; b) HOW MANY GENRES WILL THIS GUY COVER? Is enough enough for Bon Jovi and his crew yet, or are we still waiting for more from him?P.S. Among others who may be considered washed up releasing new albums are Paul McCartney and Rush. Also, we may as well include newcomer Mandy Moore on that list, given that history repeats itself (WHICH IT DOES)DISCLAIMER: I never said that I feel that Bon Jovi, Rush, or McCartney are washed up just taking into consideration that others may think that they are and would like input.

  1. dermahrk says Bon Jovi washed up? He was always shit. No change there. Rush? same response, but I must admit little exposure. Macca? Love 'im. Seems like I spend half my time on MOG defending him. Oh well.

  2. Wahiawa786 says Well, there's always the road taken by Rod Stewart, Queen Latifah, and Cyndi Lauper. (Could Bon Jovi give Brian Setzer some competition in the neo Swing genre?) Uh, oh I just had a horrible thought! There's always Las Vegas with...Jon Lovitz!

  3. dermahrk says Rod Stewart makes my skin crawl, but I bought that Cyndi Lauper CD after hearing one of the songs on the radio, which I think she did a stunning version of. Not all standards re-made are awful.
