Time To Waste... on a Monday

h1. Acoustic Ashmooostic... Sorry, but this was anything but an acoustic day for me... I needed something with a jolt...*lizziegreeneyes* thinks we need to rethink acoustic Mondays... swap with punk Tuesdays, if only for the fact that Mondays are a beehatch. She also thinks she should never speak of herself in the third person again, that's what *lizziegreeneyes* thinks ;PI had to mainline my caffeine to get any effects this morning. Then I realized (after my brain came back to life), all I really needed was something really REALLY loud & with a driving beat... enter Alkaline Trio's Crimson ... & Smashing Pumpkins' Zeitgeist.Here's *_Alkaline Trio_* live on MTV...*+Time to Waste+* A _*"Trio"*_ of songs from their show at the Reading Festival 2006:& some live Smashing Pumpkins *+For God & Country+* a stripped down version... thankfully - tha album isn't so stripped ;)Count how many times our fair Billy C. plugs the name Smashing Pumpkins... Be afraid - but not of the Smashing Pumpkins. The Smashing Pumpkins are your friends you know ;)

    Rawkkiddoh says ha, trying to pull at my heart strings are you. the Trio, plus shepard fairey and the pumpkins..........might as well call this my favorite post today. As for the switching of days, I couldnt agree more. I always felt some good old punk rock on a monday sets the mood for the week. Gotta add my two cents.
