h1. Eva Cassidy.One of the most beautiful voices these two ears (with perfect hearing I might add) have ever heard. She passed away at 33 from cancer - way WAY too soon. Her voice is so pure & true it often brings a few tears along with a lot of love. She is beyond genre - as she fits into so many different styles so effortlessly it's breathtaking & impossible to define or categorize.I have another amazing vocalist to thank for the introduction to Eva Cassidy. Her name is "*Mieka Pauley*":http://www.mieka.com/news.shtml & she sang Eva's rendition of *Fields of Gold*. I am not the biggest fan of the Stingster ;)... but these two women bring so much to his song, I've learned to enjoy him from time to time.She is best known for her covers of +*Somewhere Over the Rainbow & Fields of Gold*+.
