So, it's no secret I *LOVES ME SOME MIKE PATTON**. Also a fact that I think one of the ALL TIME best covers is Faith No More singing Easy. But I went in a slightly different direction with this "Sunday's set o' Covers" ... Here's hoping _You Like ???_ A plethora of FNM & Mr. Bungle covers for the price of one & a little _"PORN"_ at the end !!! I'll be eternally grateful - might even make you another mix ;) The RHCP medley had me in hysterics - that started the whole post really ... I didn't know that the Peppers stole the Californication title from Mr. Bungle ... but now that I do - it makes sense - I dig the Peppers - but Mike et Co. are by far the more brilliant wordsmiths ... or so I believe. Any other titles from the Peppers as cool as Californication (I do like Stadium Arcadium ... but Californication is the best one by far).

It does make sense though - Californication - that title sticks out for the Peppers ... plus Californication suits Mr. Bungle so much moreso !!!

The comments that people had posted about it were almost amusing as well... for instance, did you know that RHCP sell more albums than Mr. Bungle? That must mean that I should like them better... I have been waiting patiently for the GoP posting... i was pretty giddy when i saw that you had finally posted it! That made my day... Here is my FNM story, well, the moral anyway: dont take a girlfriend to a FNM show that isnt in love with senior Patton!
