So... I am catching flack on all sides kiddies ;) First there is the new Coldplay that I am thus far enjoying - they aren't even close to a favorite of mine, mind you, but I dig their stuff that's no lie. Then there is my appreciation for the movie Dirty Dancing (if only for the nostalgic time in my life when I was in 3 diff dance classes & seriously debating ballet as a profession - you gots to decide that one really early). SO... on this Friday full de FUNK, I am going for a trifecta ;P I am feeling The Wallflowers (the HORROR) for the kind of day that it is, but before I pop on the Jakob Dylan COMPANY effort (as I don't yet have the solo JD), I am rockin some George Michael - you see the parallel right ?!? Ok, I'm gonna come to my sis' defense here. I've always LOVED George's phenomenal voice & musical talent, he's amazing. I also love the fact that he lampooned himself in the Outside vid, which showed he definitely has a sense of humor about it all & doesn't give a fuck what people think anymore. Good for him!
Now on the Coldplay & Wallflower tip, I'm gonna have to take a pass.
