I go for few days to Amsterdam. Thinking to this city I remember the Kevin Coyne song. I don't know if Kevin Coyne is well-known today. I listen to him since I was young because my brother had many Rock albums in these times and we used to listen "Dynamite Daze", all the songs of this album are engraved into my brain (my favorites were "only want to see your smile", a ballad, "lunatic", and "Juliet and Mark" that I still adore). Kevin Coyne was at the top in the half of the 70's, Marjory Razorblade, Dynamite Daze or Millionaires and Teddy Bears show an intense and rebel singer who mixed Blues, Rock and Roll and Folk with an huge inspiration. Then he crossed some hells during the 80's. He died in 2004, I link his website if you want to know him better, He was a writer and a painter too. http://www.kevincoyne.de/ and a myspace with songs and videos http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=79495954

i love his guitar playing and his voice! that photograph is great too especially if that's his own art work in the background. thanks for your post!

Today I'm listening some songs from my teenage years, in the 80's. Cure, New Order, Virgin Prunes, Joy division, The Buzzcocks, Minimal Compact. The first band discovered was the Buzzcocks.
