  11. Lady Miss Ian says Fritos qualify as croutons. Sure. Hey Lester - I'll trade you your boredom for a house full of 15 year old boys. My step-son is having a sleep-over party tonight (school's out) and they'll probably be up all night. I may actually catch up on my MOG reading.

  12. Lester Jonze says WORD. Take one head of Iceberg lettuce and chop into 1" by 1" pieces. Render one pound thick sliced peppered bacon in a heavy gauge pan, set aside to drain. Will be used for topping Take one pint grape or cherry tomatoes and slice in half (the toppings used can be of your own preference. I find I enjoy tomatoes, bacon, cheese and sometimes avocado) .5 cup shredded cheese (choice) I make a gorgonzola dressing for myself. 8 oz gorgonzola crumbles 1 C Hellmans Myonnaise .5 C Daisy sour cream 1 small mined white onion .25 C sugar .25 C Cider Vinegar .25 C Buttermilk .5 C Olive Oil 2 T a piece Kosher Salt and Cracked Black Pepper Mix all ingredients except Olie Oil in a large bowl. Once incorporated, drizzle Olive Oil in and chill for two hours. Add the dressing to the salad at your leisure and there you go. Really you can put whatever you like in the salad. I am partial to cheese, bacon, avocado and sometimes buffalo chicken, or crabmeat, which is excellent, but you can put in whatever you like.
