Here's a little history on it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_of_the_Season I originally saw the cover art when iTunes launched the jukebox "album art" shuffle and it picked up the image. But, I have since deactivated the album art feature as I still have a 3rd-gen iPod with no color screen, so there was no point in using up precious hard drive space when the only place you could view the cover art was within iTunes.
