   k8girl says Going to hear them Friday after next... I've never really gotten into them (that doesn't mean I don't like their music though, i'm massively open minded) Can you reccomend some songs I should check out and some they might play at the show so I don't look like a total dumbass in front of my man. Side note... the opening band is Deadsy. The singer is the son of Gregg Allman and Cher. Ought to be interesting. Thanks! -Kate

   Lester Jonze says Well, anything off the first two albums _Adrenaline_, and _Around The Fur_ is pretty much a safe bet. Just listen to them both and make your choices. My personal favorite is _White Pony_, you should memorize that entire cd. And the last two records have been a marked shift away from hardcore to all these ambient soundscape stuff. Still good, though. I don't know much about Deadsy.

   AdamBC says I think to recommend something...The new album by them (saturday night wrist) is amazing. In my personal opinion, I am sort of glad that he isn't as screaming as much because...I got into them through team sleep. His voice is spectacular and I would never want to hear that he can't sing or anything. This is not to say that I don't like his screaming...because I love it as well.. I also think the new direction they are going on, is absolutely amazing, ambient to me...is amazing..and his voice and the band itself go well together like that. So I recommend to you...the new album and the self titled album and also white pony.

   sam9muhr says I think Deadsy is an industrial metal type band... Just what I think I remember reading, but I haven't heard em. One thing that sticks in my mind is either Paris or Nicole wearing a Deadsy shirt on the Simple Life.
