SOUNDS OF FUTURE PAST AND PRESENT PERFECT

Lyrics

Posted about 1 year ago
These lyrics are strangely comforting to me. Just saying them back to myself while Jenn-eee sings them like some scorned horny little elf just makes me feel all warm inside. Odd.And the grass it was a tickingand the sun was on the risei never felt so wickedas when i willed our love to die.Thoughts?

  1. HelenMarie says Well...it's hard to think about the song with a picture like that! (??Jenny?? I had no idea) I didn't quite picture her as a "scorned horny little elf" but hey...we all have different perceptions...HA! ; ) Really tho, her fresh attitude on the dying love (through the album) was/is very comforting since I first heard it last year...those quick and solid beats are pretty much perfect.

  5. Universalis says ° ° ° Just can't look at the lyrics in the eyes, some pictures are preventing the listening of music in good conditions :(( + :)) But i fully understand that makes one feel warm inside, or somewhere... :)))

  6. Mike the Knife says I too never realized the voluptuousness of Ms. Lewis. Wow. That aside, I love this song even more than I admire her pulchritude.

  7. Jonh Ingham says What were we talking about? Oh yes...She and the others may be the best writers in America - they have the most perverse songs, which slide right by on that sweet voice of hers.
