I previously asked if it would "ruin the climax to post my Favorite Album of 2008 in advance of the remaining albums" and was told it wouldn't. But I then discovered that what would ruin the climax would be not to post the album or the entire list until January 24th. Did anyone read it? I am not sure. I guess the end of January is already 1/12 into the 2009 music season. Duly noted.

My Favorite Albums of 2008
I like to listen to as many new albums as I can during the year and then rate and rank them resulting in a year-end list. I don't shoot for a specific number (hence this year there are 32); the list is based on the records I rated high, typically 7.5/10 or above. WHY?
