Wired Wednesday - "Shogun Kunitoki" -- Finn Electro Retro
In these days of the Auto-tuning and any Tom, Diedrich or Henri being able to compose and record new songs via their cell phones, I've got to admire an electro band with a retro-electro ethic. According to their modus operandi, Shogun Kunitoki:
is a band from Helsinki, Finland, with a mission to help electronic music regress back to a more human state, the time of the tube organ and the ring modulator, the spring reverb and the test oscillator.
Those things are the electronic musician's "acoustic" instruments.

Well, the music doesn't sync with the video, but I don't think it's suppose to. But you get to see Finish people drinking beer and dancing. For a listen to a different tune, check this from our friends a Stereogum: Fuzzabeth Crackleby
And for eff's sake, you've got to love a band who sells kits for strobe lights which allow you to see animation that is embedded in their vinyl albums. Plus, you can choose the pre-assembled version OR the one you have to solder yourself! That is electrical old school.
