While the new NCIS Vol. 2 soundtrack album is more low-key than the original, with tunes that have more of a mellow, bluesy vibe, the surprise of the album is Michael Weatherly's "Bitter and Blue." It's an up-tempo blues tune that really shows off his talent. The lyrics are bouncy and 'bitter and blue' at the same time.
