Another year older...another celebratory hangover to sleep off.

But first, let them eat ROCK! Last Exit is the place to be June 21st. There will be cake and booze, but more importantly there will be Us, Science of Sydney, Thousand Yard Stare, and my good, good buds Shades of Day, who are shelpping their sweaty rock-soaked asses all the way from beautiful Ventura, Ca. Least you could do is show up, right?

We're venturing bravely forth into the swanky nightlife of old town Scottsdale, everybody. Next Thursday we'll be rockin' out Martini Ranch for Support Local Artists Music night (S.L.A.M.). Start the weekend early, and bring a friend! If you're blessed with many friends, bring two! Otherwise you're just being greedy.

We've got the 9pm slot followed by another excellent local group, This Daily Summer. Please check 'em out if you get a chance.

The Ranch is in Scottsdale at 7295 E. Stetson Drive. You can get more information at their website.

Show is 21+ with a $5 cover.

I see we're still Pants & Corset, in The World According To Mog. I'ma get on someone about that pronto.
Meanwhile, we're playin' Tempe Saturday night! Come on out to Last Exit, as we'll be rockin' around 9pm, to be followed by local studs Ronin Meyer. As usual it's a $5 cover and a 21+ crowd. Sorry kiddies, grow faster!
We might also have a new tune worked up for ya. Hold your breath. I know CPR.

PANTS This Thursday Night!

First off, lemme mention that something wonky is going on with our Artist Profile page. If you click on our link, you get Pants & Corset. Dunno who that is, or what happened to our profile, but rest assured I have an email in to the appropriate people about it. And if the FBI can't help, then I'll have to contact the Mog folks I reckon.
Now the good stuff - we're giggin' this Thursday night, 12/27, at Sugar Daddy's in Scottsdale! We'll be playing at 9pm and be followed by Strange Young Things and Kongos. They've got a new stage and sound set up over there that we hear is fantastic, so we're excited to jam and give it a run. Please c'mon on down to help us break it in and enjoy some great local music and a few drinks.
Sugar Daddy's is in Scottsdale at 3201 North Scottsdale Road, just south of Old Town. Door is $5 and 21+.

For anyone in the Tempe, Az. area...
Come on down to Last Exit Friday, Dec. 14th for some Happy Hour action with The King & E from Pants! We'll be acousticizing the small but terra firma-shattering Pants catalogue, as well as working out some kickin' covers by E's favorite spandex-clad 80s butt rockers.
Plus, Last Exit now has an awesome New York Pizzeria/Deli on-site. Get a little food with your Pants and have a few drinks. Please. For our sake - it's how we get paid!
Last Exit is in Tempe on the Southwest corner of Southern Ave. and Rural Rd., in the REI complex.

Hey all - first post on Mog here, and I just wanted to point out I managed to overcome my technological ineptitude and get my band, Pants, up and running on the Mog action.

We are not to be confused with the fine Australian band of the same name, tho Mog and other scrobbling sites will link us just the same. I see already the Aussies' album is on the Discography page.

We're actually from Tempe, Az. - home of other digestible and quite tasty rock & roll like the Gin Blossoms, Jimmy Eat World and Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers.

The Artist Lounge page is here, I think. I'll get some pics up and post gigs and such

We've only got four songs or so somewhat recorded (read: played and recorded live in our practice space to our own amusement, and mixed at the whimsey of a friend with the appropriate tools).
