Man, I've got Hot Chip's "Over & Over" running through my head today. Love it.However, I hope the RIAA doesn't sue me for unauthorized performance of the tune. I try to only hear public domain tunes in my head to be safe and law abiding but it's tough when a tune is really catchy. I may need a lawyer soon.

Spencer Owen says Yeah. What's worse is if you have a run of more than one song by the same artist going through your head. Then you could really get it. Just ask David Byrne. His Missy Elliott online radio got shut the fuck down.

Kevbo says Maybe someone will come up with a BrainSafe Music Network like the PodSafe Music Network. Sometimes I think I can claim fair use when I'm only hearing a short refrain in my head though. Whistling though, that's dangerous unless it's, say, a Woody Guthrie or Leadbelly tune. Doe the Home Recording Act cover me for tunes in my head for albums/music I own a legal copy of? Such a quandry.
