Ok... 1am in January of 2007... and i am already drunk.. can you believe? Ok... ok...

Today i discovered that Shooting At Unarmed Men released a new cd in may of 2006! And i missed! When i found out and finally listen i just have an orgasm (ok... i'm just kidding) but i really love this band and i hate the fact that i live in Brazil and well.. what are the odds that they come here to do a gig? So... i'll have to go to australia.. and, you know.. i'm almost going...

The album is great, Yes! Tinnitus! is a fucking album, girls music.. all hail sergio, anyway, the whole album, i'm just listen, and listen, and i found out that Jon Chapple has a profile in mog! This is great! I really wish that he do a gig in Brazil in 2007, so.. good luck Jon, i'll indicate your band to all my friends that work with production...

So this is my 1st band that i reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally want that you all listen, ok?

My 1st Post!

What should I say in my 1st post? Talk about music or what? Well.. I don’t know but I’ll start talking about the soundtrack of a movie I never saw, but noticed here in Mog that no one has listened to yet.

The movie is SubUrbia (1996). And, as I said, I haven't watched it yet. I just can't find a copy anywhere :( this is sad... I'll always be curious about it, but someday I'll finally know who "bee-bee" is.

On this soundtrack you can find from Skinny Puppy to Flaming Lips. And it's an album worth having, no matter if you saw the movie or not. The 57 minutes length passes without you even noticing, changing from industrial, to calmer songs, and even cute songs (bee bee's song is the cutest one!) .

Anyway, this is an album that is able to put all this bands together in perfect harmony, and I'd risk to say that it'll be pleasant for most, even if you don't know or like some bands.

The bands which are present are: Elastica, Sonic Youth, Girls Agains Boys, Beck, U.N.K.L.E., Boss Hog, Skinny Puppy, Superchunk, Butthole Surfers, Flaming Lips, Gene Pitney e Thurston Moore - also a member (or leader) of Sonic Youth.

Songs worth listening: Sunday - Sonic Youth
Bee Bee's Song - Sonic Youth
Unheard Music (X cover) - Elastica
Boss Hog - I'm not like everybody else
Phew... I can't choose just a few songs, the whole album is perfect!
