   Kate says Agreed. It does sound remarkably close- but if anyone can reference/rip off Serge, she's got the most right to do it! I remember being incredibly annoyed by what I felt like was a blatant "Melody Nelson" rip-off by Beck, on the song "Paper Tiger". When the reference is subtle enough, it can be very powerful, but when it just makes you want to hear the original song, it's not so effective.
