I admit that I was late in picking up "Fat Freddy's Drop's":http://www.fatfreddysdrop.com/ delightful "Based On A True Story." What I came to realize was that a couple of MP3s doesn't get the job done and I really had no clue about what the group is trying to get out there.So for all you cheap bastards GO BUY THE DAMN ALBUM. Don't download tracks or even give Steve Jobs more money. Just run down to your favorite record shop (while it's still there). You will actually be supporting the band (royalties from iTunes suck), and helping to ensure you have a place to buy music.You'll get better audio quality, you'll have something in your hand to appreciate and pass to friends. We'll all be much better off in the long run.end rant. Enjoy music.

    KURI says Thanks. I grew up with an older sibling's vinyl collections and think we miss out when we grab 1 or 2 tracks with no artwork and liner notes to hold in our hands. I've downloaded music I haven't even listened to but when I buy an album you gotta take the time to listen to the whole thing. Granted there is alot of filler being put out these days but when I think of how many hidden gems I might have missed if I hadn't listened to the whole album through many times...you know? It's cliche yeah, but absolutely true.
